I have used this printer with the same computer and router up until about 5 days ago. At that point the computer reported error messages and is reporting that the printer is not connected to the PC.
The computer is connected to the WiFi network with an IP address of 192.168.157.155
The printer is connected to the same WiFi network with an IP address of 192.168.157.177
I have used the HP printer doctor with no change.
I have followed the online troubleshooting directions with no change.
Any suggestions would be more than welcome...

thanks SandyTechy20, I think you have misunderstood my problem (or I didn't explain it properly...)
The Printer remains connected to the WiFi network continuously. No problem with it losing connections.
The Computer remains connected to the Wifi network also.
Tlhe problem is that there is no connection between the PC and the Printer, thus I cannot print anything. This is a recent program and didn't exist before about a week or so ago. Up until that time, there was always a good connection and everything printed on request. I suspect there is a mismatch between the IP addresses of the printer and PC but I don't know how to correct that or to check and see what the IP address of the printer should be.
Thanks for the reply. I look forward to your continued help.
