HP Photosmart 7520 e-All-in-One Printer series
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My printer holds five ink cartridges, three of color adn two black. The right black is a narrow like the color cartridges, while the left is wider.

I have been trying to buy replacmetn cardriges, but cannot seem to get the narrow one. I now have three different black cartridges:

564 XL (narrow and empty)

564 XL (wide and new)

564 (wide and new)

What do I need to buy to get the replacement?

Thanks for clarfying.

By reviewing your attached photo, the narrow cartridge is an HP Photo 564 cartridge while teh wider ones are HP Black 564 cartridges.

Your printer uses 5 different in cartridges with teh Black cartridge at the right slot and the photo cartridge at the left slot.

For the left slot you should get an HP 564 Photo ink cartridge, not a black one..

Hi,

Are those genuine HP ink cartridges or not?

What is the listed Warranty End Date on the cartridge itself?

The cartridges were updated to the narrow version a long ago in 2010 as described below:

Yes, they are all genuine HP cartridges.

The empty cartridge has a date of 201712 while the new ones I have bought are 201807.
