HP Photosmart 7520
Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

Black ink cartridge quit printing. Replaced it, no change. Msg: " Printer or ink system failure. Turn printer off, then on. If problem persists, contact HP." Manually cleaned out-of-warranty printhead several times. Replaced printhead (cleaned contacts, new printhead, new cartridges) Printed color, but not black. Cleaned contacts again. Reinstalled printhead & cartridges. Printed a few pages, color & photo black OK. After printing about 10 pages all cartridges failed & blank pages came out. The internet connection is wireless. What is my next step?

I solved my problem by unplugging the power cord from the printer, then the wall socket, waiting a couple of minutes, then reversing the process. Now my printer works perfectly.
