After problems getting the printer to work with a Windows 10 laptop over wifi (printing blank sheets, very slow response, etc - it was fine a couple of days ago), the printer screen is amber with what looks like an on/off symbol and the error code 841D3239. It is not responding to control panel inputs, including the power button. Google search, and searching HP Community has drawn a blank. Any advice as to what this error code means, and how to fix it would be very welcome! Thanks.

Welcome to the HP Support Community.
Let's reset the printer:
- With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the rear of the printer. Unplug the power cord from the wall outlet.
- Wait at least 60 seconds.
- Plug the power cord back into the wall outlet.
- NOTE: HP recommends connecting the printer power cord directly to the wall outlet.
- Reconnect the power cord to the rear of the printer.
- Turn on the printer, if it does not automatically turn on.
- Wait until the printer is idle and silent before you proceed.
If the issue persists, I recommend you to contact the HP Support Team as this could be a hardware issue.
