Good afternoon, I haven't been able to print for a while. The normal print screen appears for about 5 seconds, but then immediately prompts me to replace the printhead, but it won't let me do anything. Can anyone help me? I also replaced the printhead with a new one, and the cartridges are also all new, but I can't use it because of the message on the screen. Thank you in advance.
