Phootosmart B110a

Hi

After some years of faithful, good work, my HP Photosmart B110a started blinking all LEDs since yesterday. Pressing power button does nothing, and the disconnect - connect from mains cycle isn't working also.

After power-up I see the LCD with the information that it's loading its stuff, but then all LEDs simply start blinking.

The printer is only connected through wifi (no cables but power), and the last task, that was executed successfully, was a copy of a photo.

Is there any remedy or must I start shopping fast for a replacement? (**bleep**, black friday is gone...)

Thanks!

Ricardo

Greetings!

Welcome to the HP Community. This is a great place to get support, find answers and tips to your technical queries. I have reviewed your post and I understand, the LEDs on the printer are blinking.

Appreciate you trying the steps. Don't worry, I'm here to help!

Let's try these steps -

1) Take out the cartridges.
2) Unplug the power cord from the printer & wall.
3) Wait for 30 seconds.
4) Plug the power cord back into the printer and wall, ensure the printer is plugged into the wall & not to a surge protector.
5) Insert the cartridges back into the printer.

If the issue still persists I have sent you a Private Message with the troubleshooting steps specific to your printer.

Thanks for the reply.

As I sent the question to the forum, I kept the printer off power. And when powered back on, it was (and is) working fine.

If the problem happens again, I'll try your suggestion and give additiona feedback.

Thanks,

Ricardo
