I was having issues printing where my job was stuck in the queue. I tried deleting and reinstalling the printer with no luck. The test page prints without an issue but nothing else will.
Now the screen on the printer is stuck on the Quick Forms menu and if I hit back it says Server Connection Error. No other buttons work. The test page will still print via wireless from my computer.
I read the other posts and tried powering down and disconnecting the power cord for 60 seconds but that does not resolve.

We could perform a semi-full reset to resolve the issue.
- The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may corrupt the device.
- I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instruction to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.
- In order to access your private messages, click the private message icon on the upper right corner of your HP Support Community profile, next to your profile Name or simply click on this link: https://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/notes/privatenotespage

I'd like to help!
I understand the printer screen is stuck on the quick forms menu.
For quick forms to work, the printer must be connected to web services.
As of November 2020, digital certification might have expired and Web Services no longer function on your printer.

I understand the issue and I have no desire to use the quick forms or web services. The question is how do I go back to the home menu? It is stuck on Quick Forms as I noted in my original post. I tried unplugging and powering back on after a minute and that does not help.
I see in other posts there is document with instructions on how to reset the printer. Can you please send to me or detail instructions?
