Hello.
Thank you that responded.
Made that procedure that you described, unfortunately it didn't help.
And to make as it is described, it didn't turn out as it is possible to catch the carriage with cartridges (that to derive them) only having disconnected the printer from a network at the moment when the carriage is in a zone of a drostup (that I also made). Did a procedure for the description further, only set cartridges too also as well as derived, that is caught the carriage when it was in an access zone, having disconnected the printer from a network. The printer recognized cartridges, they are recently bought, but the display gives the same error message 0x61011be5.
Rang in service center of HP, but roofing felts didn't understand me there, roofing felts I didn't understand them, they told that they don't repair this model of the printer any more, already later I thought that they so answered, probably without having understood me, thought that I wanted to repair probably the printer on a warranty, but today found a workshop which agrees to repair the printer, on Thursday I will go. But wanted to hear your council. To carry to me it to repair, or still it is possible to try to make something?
This model of the printer is expensive to me, to printing quality there were no claims, and the most important Photosmart C5383 supports the printing on CD/DVD disks.

Thanks for the reply.
Superb job on trying the different steps to isolate the issue.
It seems to be a hardware issue.
I request you to contact HP phone support for assistance.
Cheers.

Strange, but fact.
Addressed in a workshop on repair of electronics, in company service center was refused to be accepted in repair, having told that this MFP model isn't repaired any more.
In a workshop on repair replaced a pendulum gearwheel, and everything earned.
Kickshaw.
And here company service center disappointed...
