Operating System: macOS 10.14 Mojave

My printer will not print black ink. Color printing is fine (as long as there's no black), and my black ink cartridge is the same age as my color print ones (very new). I have taken the cartridge out and tested to make sure the cartridge and the cartridge slot didn't have any dried ink on them (ran pins through). I have run diagnostics to clean the printheads multiple times to no avail. I think it's a printhead problem... but I cannot find a way to access the printhead manually. Please help! Thank you!

At this point I suggest you contact HP Support for Service Options
