I have an HP Photosmart Premium C410 printer. I recently cleaned the print head and when I reinserted it, it gave me an error message that the print head was either damaged or an incorrect one. I purchased a new print head and inserted it. It originally gave me an error message however after resetting the printer (powering off and pulling the cord as per guidelines), I now receive the message "ink system failure Oxc19a0035". I have tried resetting the printer a number of times but it does not resolve the problem. FYI...I have not removed the ink cartridges and replaced them with new ones. What should I try next to resolve this problem. (This is an excellent printer so I would l;ike to get this resolved if possible.)
Thanks for your assistance.
