Product: HP Color LaserJet Pro MFP M479fdw

HP Color Laser Jet Pro MFP M479fdw -  Event Code 59.73.00    Info says that is for Yellow Motor. 

I have not used color ink in a while.   I've just been printing in black toner.   It won't print at all because of event code problem. 

Any suggestions?   I just want to be able to print using black only toner.   I shut down and restarted, unplugged & still same problem.
