I have a HP Envy 5070 printer. When I print, the pages are blank? Can anyone help? I changed the black cartridge that was sent by HP because I have an account and when I changed the cartridge, it has not printed l, rather blank pages are being printed.

Hi @Raven1619,
Welcome to HP Support Community. This is a great place to post questions and find answers.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
I see that you are facing print quality issues with your HP HP Envy 5070 printer.
Please follow the steps listed below to clean the cartridges:
Step 1: Cleaning ink smears
- Load the printer with plain white paper.
- On the printer control panel, swipe left on the display, and then touch Setup.
- Touch Tools.
- Swipe up on the display, and then touch Clean Page Smears.
The printer slowly feeds a blank page.
- Wait for the printer to eject the blank page.
After cleaning ink smears, try to print.
Step 2: Clean the ink cartridges
- Load the printer with plain white paper.
- On the printer control panel, swipe left on the display, and then touch Setup.
- Touch Tools, and then touch Clean Cartridges.
The printer prints a Print Quality Diagnostic report.
- Examine the print quality on the Print Quality Diagnostic report.
*If the print quality is acceptable, touch No. You can stop troubleshooting.
* If the print quality is unacceptable, touch Yes when prompted to perform the next level of cleaning.
