I have done the unplugging and plugging back in a get the same results  -- a few scans and prints then error.  This started occurring after I disconnected my computer from its docking station to travel. we also lost power that same night for a short period of time.  Any Ideas?

I ran the update at 123.hp.com and had my company support try to setup, but it did not work after it loaded everything -- is there a step that I am missing ?
