The printer head on my OfficeJet Pro 8600 Premium stopped working. The model # is SNPRC-1101-01 I sent HPParts an email and they suggested I contact HP Support first to confirm the part number. However, when I bring up HP Support page, it shows my printer warranty expired. and doesn't provide an online form to enter info to support. I want to buy the part but I want to make sure I get the right one. Does anyone know how to contact HP Support? Thanks in advance!
