HP Officejet 6500A Plus e-All-in-One Printer - E710n
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Error code 0x61011beb.
There is lots of "sprayed or spilled or dripped" black ink in the printer on the far right side where the printer head is nestled.
Will not print.  I have cleaned terminals of printer head but cannot really clean spilled ink is.
Any suggestions?
Thanks

Thank you for posting on the HP Support Community.

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, to provide an accurate resolution, I need a few more details:

  • Was there a power outage or surge before this happened?
  • Does the copy print out the same way?

It looks like a hardware issue. I am honest about it without beating around the bush. For now, please try these steps:

If the issue continues, to ensure that nothing is missed, check if the printer has a carriage jam and follow instructions from this document:  https://www.support.hp.com/us-en/product/hp-officejet-6500-all-in-one-printer-series-e709/3795309/mo... (A 'Carriage jam' or '0X610000F6' Message Displays for HP Officejet 6500)

Now check if the issue gets fixed.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted for further assistance.
