HP DeskJet 2755e All-in-One Printer

Had to remove my printer, wouldn't print,  Trying to reinstall, keep showing offline .  Also showing a symbol above my color cartridge, which I just changed.  Have never seen it before.

I was able to print with the cord, just now.  But cannot do it wireless, which I could before.  Still showing off line.  Thanks for any help.

If your HP DeskJet 2755e All-In-One Printer is showing as offline and displaying a symbol above your color cartridge, there are a few steps you can take to troubleshoot and resolve the issue:

 

Check the Printer Connection:

  • Make sure the printer is properly connected to your computer or network. If you are using a USB connection, ensure the cable is securely connected. If it's a wireless connection, ensure the printer is connected to your Wi-Fi network.

 

Restart the Printer:

  • Turn off the printer, wait for a few seconds, and then turn it back on. Sometimes, a simple restart can resolve connectivity issues.

 

Check Ink Cartridge Installation:

  • Ensure that the color cartridge is properly installed. Open the printer cover and double-check that the cartridge is securely snapped into place.

 

Replace Cartridge if Needed:

  • If the symbol above the color cartridge persists, it could indicate an issue with the cartridge itself. Try replacing it with a new one, making sure it's compatible with your printer model.

 

Check for Paper Jams:

  • Look for any paper jams or obstructions inside the printer. Even a small piece of paper stuck inside can cause issues.
