Product: HP Photo smart 7525

 

 

I am having problems with my HP photo smart 7525 printer.  I keep getting an printer failure or ink system error message.  I have clean the heads and reset the cartridges and turned it on and off and unplugged it but still the same error message appears.  I am using 564 ink cartridges.  Does this mean I will have to get another printer?  I have only had this printer within the last 5 years.  Fairly new to me...

I suggest you follow this document HP Printers - Resolving Printhead Problems and Ink System Failure for help.

 

If the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure. Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer.
