Operating System: Chrome OS

When printing a document with 1 inch margins to a letter sized piece of paper, using default scale and margins, the right-hand side of the page is cut off (by about an inch).  It doesn't matter if it's a google doc, a pdf, or a website, the right-hand side is always cut off. 

 
Details: HP Chromebook 14G5, HP Deskjet 3755
 
Troubleshooting steps I have taken:
-Printed the same documents with the same printer using the same settings on a desktop and a ipad  - No problems there
-Deleted and reinstalled the printer
-Updated Chromebook, checked for firmware updates (none)
- Powerwashed chromebook
- Googled for an hour
- Posted on Chromebook help, was told to ask HP
