Well, it begins during a printing session where I print a PDF of 3 pages. 2 pages succeed but the last one stuck in the middle of printing and the Resume light, the Power light, and both Ink Alert lights are blinking fast. I then remove the paper and try to fix and reset the printer but it still blinking. I get the manual from this: https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c04605899.
After that, I try to see the ink cartridge and I found it on the left side as it wants to print something. I slide it to the most left. After that, I turn on the printer and it seems normal at first. I try to print but it doesn't move at all even the computer says it is printing. Before I need to open the cartridge door and then the paper gets in but stuck then blinks all 4 lights. Now, I can hear the ink cartridge moving and then all 4 lights blinks. I check the ink cartridge and it position at the exact where the printing begins. Now I can do just turn off the printer and then turn on the printer to be present with those 4 lights blinking fast.

Hi @Khazarul_Aizzat,
Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to assist you.
I see that you are facing an issue with your Printer that has blinking lights.
A) Please follow the steps below to perform a power drain.
1) Take out the cartridges
2) Unplug the power cord from the printer & wall.
3) Press and hold the power button down for 15 seconds and release the power button, wait for about 30 seconds.
4) Plug the power cord back into the printer and wall, ensure the printer is plugged into the wall & not into a surge protector.
5) Insert the cartridges back into the printer.
Remove the cartridges > Unplug the power cord > Wait for 30 seconds > Plug the power cord back in > Insert the cartridges
B) Kindly refer to the steps on this link to update the printer firmware and let me know if that resolves the issue.
C) If the issue still persists, refer to the steps on this link to further troubleshoot.
Please mark this post as “Accepted Solution” if the issue is resolved and if you feel this reply was helpful click “Yes”.

Hello, @Irwin6
Yeah, none of the the methods work for me. Maybe I can add that when I plug the power on, the printer will automatically turn on and show those blinking lights. And if I put the cartridge to the right, it will act normally, but then blinking when I want to print. Also, when blinking, the connection between the printer and the computer does not link to each other, like I can't even check my ink cartridge level. It shows an error: "The computer is unable to establish two-way communication with the device."
I really just want to send this printer for service as it still has a warranty on it...
Oh yeah, addition to that, I already did Diagnose & Fix from HP Smart and also HP Print Scan Doctor and they can't find any problem in normal state. The apps also can't see any problem when the printer is blinking because as I said before about it has problem about two-way communication.

Hello, @Irwin6
... The printer is your traditional printer which doesn't connect to the internet. I had a post before about my printer doesn't have EWS page and it is because my printer doesn't have network information which mean doesn't have IP Address which mean doesn't have EWS page. No wireless feature. All of the methods to reset factory the printer needs EWS and push power button+wireless button which it doesn't have one.
