UPDATE:  SEE BELOW  (resolved)

I see this has been reported in the past, but none of the proposed solutions seem to work.

Last week I had several print jobs.  The first one ran fine, then the next 5-10 pages came out as only blank pages.

I have run the tasks to "align printer heads", "clean printer heads", and to print "printer status".  All of these work - the printout associated with all 3 work fine.

I am connected via ethernet.  I tried "black and white" only.  I tried powering off and on.  Checking ink status, the black cartridge is nearly full, and the others are 25% or more.  I checked firmware status and there are no updates.

UPDATE:  I have a laptop as well.  I sent a print task from the laptop and the printer worked fine.  I then removed the printer from my desktop workstation, re-added it.  Printer still fails - print task results in blank page.

UPDATE 2: I deleted the printer from Windows.  Added it back.  Didn't work.  Repeated that, but rebooted after removal, then added it back, now the printer functions again.  Problem solved...

I have the same problem, however when i print a test page the printer works fine. When i print a newly created MS word test document the text comes out jumbled.

I have tried all the proposed solutions on this thread but none seem to work.

If I recall correctly, in the end,  I replaced all of the cartridges and it's working again.
