I have an HP OfficeJet Pro 8620. I enjoy the Quick Forms in the Printer Apps section. Last month worked as usual. This month all is there, although when I select the Quick Form. The printer clicks as it gets the print command, but nothing happens. This is from the Calendar option, however, I've tried alll and none work. I have reset the printer and ensured network connectivity. All looks good. The Quick Forms are all there, it just does not print. How can I fix??!

Thanks for reaching out to the HP Support community!
Let's try these steps:
Step 1: Turn off the Apps and turn it back on
- From the printer control panel, Slide the screen from right to left to access the Set-Up menu on the printer.
- Go To > Web Services > Apps > OFF
- Perform a Power Reset
- Make sure this printer is plugged into a direct wall, not a surge protector.
- Turn the printer on.
- Wait until the printer is idle and silent before you continue.
- With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the rear of the printer.
- Unplug the power cord from the wall outlet. Wait at least 60 seconds
- Plug the power cord back into the wall outlet.
- Reconnect the power cord to the rear of the printer.
- Turn on the printer, if it does not automatically turn on.
- Go To > Web Services > Apps > ON
- Try to print again
- If the issue persists, proceed to the next step.
Step 2: Update Printer firmware.
- From the printer control panel, Slide the screen from right to left to access the Set-Up menu on the printer.
- Go To > Web Services > Printer Update > Check for update now
- Once the update is complete, try to print again
- If the issue persists, proceed to the next step.
Step 3: Assign a manual IP address for the printer.
- From the printer control panel, Slide the screen from right to left to access the Set-Up menu on the printer.
- Go To > network Set Up > Ethernet/Wireless Settings > Print Reports > Network Configuration Page
Obtain the values from the configuration page.
- From the printer control panel, Slide the screen from right to left to access the Set-Up menu on the printer.
- Go To > network Set Up > Ethernet/Wireless Settings > Advanced Settings > IP Settings > Manual
- Enter the IP address, Subnet Mask, Default Gateway obtained from the Network Configuration Page
- For DNS address use Preferred DNS as 8.8.8.8 and Alternate DNS as 8.8.4.4
- Try to print again and check if that works.

Hello Atharva_gp, Thank you for your responses to try to get my Quick Forms to print again. The solutions did not work. I did each one.
1) Web Forms and power off / on as directed 2) No updates available 3) Manual IP with preferred DNS
Everything else works correctly. The menus all show correctly. When I go into forms, it checks to see if printer is registered with HP.
I did get it to work once where it said "downloading form" for a June calendar, but then has not given me the message or printed a form. (however up to a month ago, it always worked)
There is a different type of click from a menu choice to when i choose to print the a quick form. I can hear it's a different noise.
