Product: HP Printer 7850

My HP series 7850 printer won't print the full image of a jpeg image that has been copied and posted into a word document (it did in the past). Very frustrating!! I do a lot of projects and need this to copy full images! HELP!!!

Hi,

To better understand the problem, what is your operating system version and Microsoft Word version?

 

When you print the Word doc to any virtual printer such as Microsoft Save as PDF or Microsoft XPS Document Writer and print to a file, can you see the same results with the pictures with the created file too? this in order to isolate the problem, if it is caused by the printer driver or by the Word application itself.

IF I'm understanding you correctly, JPEG images print fine except when they're pasted  into documents. It's weird because when I got the printer it worked fine.  I make little books and I put several small images on a page, then print. I can no longer do that .  The Word program I'm using is an older version, but it's always worked in the past....just recently started doing this.
