Hi,
All lights and dashboard icons on the printer blink.
I have a video I could show but I cannot find a way to upload it here.
The support page for the printer series does not present a case for having all lights and dashboard icons blinking. Opening the front to check the cartridges is useless because the cartridges do not move to the center. Turning off the printer and restarting it does not solve the problem.
Please somebody help! The printer is not even 1 year old and the ink tanks are in the 50-60% region and never got emptied in its lifetime.
Thanks

@Aargus, Welcome to the HP Support Community!
It seems like the printer carriage is stuck. Kindly perform the steps mentioned in this document - 'Carriage Jam' or 'E3' Error Displays
Also, check for paper jams if any - 'E4' Error (Paper Jam)
Hope this helps! Keep me posted.

Took it to vendor that tried to examine the printer reaching my same conclusions. Now they are sending it to official HP repair center so that the better trained engineers can check what the problem is and see if they can resolve it. Will keep you posted.
At the time of this report my printer was 8 months old only with the first round of ink usage - black ink tank filled at 65% all color tanks nearly full at 90%...
