All of the error codes are showing on my hp smart tank 515, I've already tried to reset the printer so now the wifi is not blinking anymore since it's not connected to the internet but everything else is still not working.
My ink cartridges are also new so I don't think that they are the problem

Hi @zuiren,
Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
When all lights on your HP Smart Tank 515 printer are blinking, it usually indicates that there is an issue or error that needs to be addressed. Here are some steps you can take to troubleshoot the problem.
- Check the User Manual: Refer to the user manual that came with the printer. It often includes a section on troubleshooting common issues and understanding what the blinking lights mean.
- Restart the Printer: Turn off the printer using the power button, wait for a few seconds, and then turn it back on. Sometimes, a simple restart can resolve minor issues.
- Check for Paper Jams: Open the printer's paper tray and any other access points to look for any paper jams. A paper jam can trigger blinking lights.
- Check Ink Levels: Ensure that the ink tanks are properly installed and have enough ink. Low ink levels can cause various issues, including blinking lights.
- Reset the Printer: Some printers have a reset option in the settings menu. Consult the user manual on how to perform a reset and try doing so.
- Update Firmware: Visit the HP official website and check if there are any firmware updates available for your printer model. Outdated firmware can sometimes cause issues.
- Check for Hardware Issues: Inspect the printer for any visible hardware issues, loose cables, or broken parts. Make sure everything is properly connected.
- Perform a Hard Reset: If none of the above steps work, you can try performing a hard reset. To do this, turn off the printer, unplug it from the power source, and wait for a few minutes. Then, plug it back in and turn it on.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
