I have a new printer. I tried to go into the Web Services and set the admin password. But when I try to log in, it tells me the password  is incorrect.

I tried resetting the network settings, but that didn't seem to work.

So I need to force a hard reset of the admin password, but I am unable to find out on this site nor on the web. What are the steps?

I finally found the solution to my problem. On page 111 of the User Guide to my printer, I found the following:

"While holding the power button, press and hold the black copy button and the resume button at the same time until the spinning wheel appears on the display."

This did the trick! It got the printer back to factory settings, just like I pulled it out of the box. This allowed me to turn off and keep off the webserver settings.
