Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Dear All,

 

I am getting this error code OxC4EB9004 on my HP Smart Tank 530. 

 

Tried resetting several times but with no luck.

 

When I restart printer it comes up with Cartridge Problem (Remove and reinstall indicated Cartridge...) and then it display this error code. OxC4EB9004.

 

Any one with any suggestion on how to fix this issue.
