Product: HP Smart Tank 210 Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

We got this printer less than a month ago. It's been working fine so far. We last used it like 4 days ago. Today, when we tried to use it the only thing on the display is "F". Pressing any button on it, including power to try to turn it off, just cycles through all of the lights and goes back to F.

 

When connected to a PC via USB, it shows up as HP reflash.

 

Things we've tried:

1. Resetting to factory settings by holding down the Information and Resume buttons and pressing the power button. Nothing happens.

2. Tried updating the Firmware from the Downloads page. The printer does not show up at all on the FW update utility.

3. Unplugging / plugging back in.

 

Any ideas on how to fix this? We threw the invoice and packaging away.
