Hi,
I continue to receive an error, reported by many users, about some error on the account and to access the home of the account to solve verify it.
The error tell also that the error coulb be related to my billing cycle. Well I payed this printer and not activated any service at payment so what bill cycle.
I already verified the account and nothing is wrong (I attached the picture), I checked the status of the printer and everything (I added the picture) is ok.
I verified and already tested you common suggestion in this case:
- Check Network Connection: Ensure that your printer is connected to the same network as your computer or mobile device. A stable and active internet connection is essential for verifying your HP account. (Done and is ok)
- Restart Printer: Turn off your printer, wait for a minute, and then turn it back on. Sometimes, a simple power cycle can resolve connectivity issues. (Done and is ok)
- Re-enter HP Account Information: Go to the printer's settings menu and check your HP account information. Make sure the email and password are correctly entered. (I was unable to find where to put email and password)
- Clear Existing HP Account Information: If your printer is still not accepting your account details, try removing your HP account information from the printer settings, then re-enter it. (I was unable to find where to put email and password)
- Factory Reset: If the problem persists, you can try performing a factory reset on your printer. Keep in mind that this will erase all printer settings, so make sure to note them down before proceeding. The steps for a factory reset can vary by printer model, so consult your printer's user manual or HP's support website for specific instructions. (Done)
- Update Firmware: Make sure your printer has the latest firmware updates installed. Visit the HP website, locate your printer model, and download the latest firmware if available. (Updated to 20231016)
At this moment I can print but everytime I switch on the printer it signal an error and print an error page.
Please make of me an happy customer and a fun of HP not the contrary.
I'll appreciate any suggestion.
Thanks.

Hi Alden4,
I'm already trying to solve the issue with the help of support through social, also if at the moment has not so much useful and valid. Regarding the phone support, I do not have any intention to pay to solve an issue which is not mechanical or of configuration but something of wrong burocratic stuff in your internal management of the account.
I was an historic HP customer and in this period I have to by another printer but I definitively decided to buy another printer brand because looking also to the number of issue like this I don't want to figth to other issues like this.
Bye.
