 prints fine on the first page but jams when paper is drawn back into printer for other side printing. any

I'm sorry you're dealing with paper jams on your HP Smart Tank 6000; I know how frustrating it can be when you're just trying to get your work done smoothly. Let’s work on fixing this together!

 

Perform the following tasks in the order given. Use the printer after each task to see if the issue is resolved.

 

Clear jammed paper from the printer

Paper jams can occur in multiple areas of the printer. If you cannot find the paper jam in one area, continue to the next area until the jam is located.
