Product: HP ENVY 6020 All-in-One Printer

I need the HP Support number to call in the Netherlands to have an operator guide me through a HP Envy 6020 Printer region reset (from Australian to the Netherlands).  My printer is unable to recognise Dutch ink cartridges and I understand a region reset will solve this issue. The HP website requests I "pay for service" before a phone number is provided - how can I get help without providing payment, as I believe this is a free service?
