I have an HP Tango. Printing jobs will go through successfully, but the colors are off and the black ink is only partially printing. For example, the Print Quality Report doesn't have any of the black lines and only the top half of the text.
I did a Clean Printhead job all the way through the Third Level cleaning. I've tried Align Printhead multiple times and every time is unsuccessful.
Both ink cartridges are completely full (and recently replaced). I've removed them and snapped them back in and there's no error about the cartridges or paper.
I don't see any way to talk to an actual human support person through HP's website, but the printer is useless as is. Please help!

Try updating the firmware if not done already. Click here
If you have performed all the steps from this document and still having issues, either this could be faulty cartridges or the printer might need service.
