Hi,
I have an HP Tango and I am trying to print addresses onto envelopes. When I click print and it attempts to feed the envelope through the printer, the envelope gets almost all the way into the printer and then it stops and gives a paper jam error with the yellow light blinking at the top feeder. After a little while it will automatically spit the envelope out of the printer (because it's not actually jammed). I tried resetting the printer. That didn't help. I saw some things online saying that the paper settings might be wrong, but I would have thought I would have gotten a different error than that. I can't find where to change the paper settings in the smart app because it doesn't have a panel on it.
Thanks!

@rtacm, Welcome to HP Support Community!
Are you able to print fine on regular plain paper?
Have you tried checking the paper settings on the HP Smart App? From the home screen, click your printer to view the printer status, print reports, order supplies, change printer preferences.
Refer to the document HP Printers - Install and Use the HP Smart App (Mac) for additional help.
Also, Update the printer firmware
Download available firmware updates from the HP website
With the printer on and connected to the computer, go to HP Customer Support - Software and Driver Downloads, and then identify your printer. Look for and install any available firmware updates. Refer to the document HP Printers - Updating or Upgrading Printer Firmware
Try printing.
Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
