In Windows 10 and 11, if I uninstall an HP Laser or Inck Color Printer, and reinstall the driver to fix my problem, many times the printer receive the document in the queue, but do not want to print and it stay in the queue. I must delete manually.

 

The solution is to delete all the keys (350 to 450) in the windows registry that refer to the printer model and also all information with the HP Name. Also, with windows in safe mode, many keys in the windows registry that I can’t change the authorisations, even if I am the only User and Administrator. I have to reinstall Windows, causing many hours of work for my client.
