I have installed HP WJA on a server.  In the past (8 months ago), I had updated hundreds of printers over many models with HPWJA.

My initial problem was the tool was EXTREMELY unstable.  It crashed constantly.  To update those printers, I had dealt with constant pain and suffering - but when the tool was up, it worked like a charm.

To try and alleviate the issue, I updated to 10.5 SR1 (the latest at this time) with the feature packs.

It did not fix the stability issue.  Turns out, there was no free space on a SQL server drive.  Cleared that free space and HP WJA runs like a champ.

However, since that upgrade I have not been able to update any printers using the tool.  I have not updated any in 8 months due to the lack of it working well so decided to come back later.

I have now tried and any make/model I try with any firmware (I also downloaded newer) it fails almost instantly with "communication error".  This is not one-off model configuration differences.  I'm talking hundreds of one model I updated like a charm 8 months ago all now do not update.  At all.  So it's not like a password or the SNMPv3 config changed.

Any ideas?
