I am having the same issue. I went over my page count because my printer wasn't printing pages correctly so I had to align my cartridges a few times and then ended up replacing them so I had to print several test pages and it counted against my print pages count causing me to go over my allotted pages.

How can I resolve this issue?

You can chat with an Instant Ink agent who can apply a credit for the test pages.   Just call customer support at 855-785-2777 for the US.
