Welcome to the HP Community

Have you enrolled for Instant Ink?

Refer to this document: https://support.hp.com/in-en/product/hp-deskjet-3700-all-in-one-printer-series/8954253/document/c036... Setting Up an HP Connected Account and to get printer code.

Let's restore network settings to default settings

● Press the Wireless button and the Cancel button (X) from the printer control panel at the same time, and then hold them for three seconds.

Connect the printer back to the network.

Try to print.

If the issue persists, click on this link: https://support.hp.com/in-en/drivers/selfservice/hp-deskjet-3700-all-in-one-printer-series/8954253 for Easy setup, effortless printing!
