Check Printer Connection

- Wireless Connection: If using a wireless connection, make sure the printer is connected to the correct Wi-Fi network:
- Open the printer’s control panel.
- Navigate to the wireless settings to verify the Wi-Fi connection.
Restart Printer and Computer
A simple restart can often clear errors.
- Turn Off Printer: Turn off the HP DeskJet 4100 printer.
- Restart Computer: Restart your computer.
- Turn On Printer: Turn the printer back on and wait for it to indicate it is ready.
Update Printer Driver
Make sure your printer driver is up to date.
