I see from your post that you are having issues with the printer printing blank pages. Don't worry we'll work together to help you find a solution.

 

To provide you with an accurate solution, I'll need a few more details:

Have you recently made any changes on the printer before the issue started?

Have you tried to print the Print quality test report from the printer?

Are you using genuine HP ink cartridges or refilled ink cartridges?

Did this happen soon after replacing the ink cartridges? Have you tried to use the old ink cartridges and check if the issue persists.

Are you able to make a copy from the printer?

 

In the meantime, let's try these steps here: 

 

Perform a Hard reset on the printer and make sure that the printer is connected directly to the wall outlet and not to the surge protector.

 

With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the rear of the printer and also unplug the power cord from the wall outlet.

Remove USB cable, if present.

Wait for 2-3 minutes, press and hold the power button on your printer for about 30 seconds to remove any additional charge.

Now plug back the power cable straight to a wall outlet without any surge protector or an extension cord and then plug back the power cord to the printer.

Turn on the printer and wait till warm-up period finishes and the printer is idle.

 

Let’s first try and make a “photocopy” to determine whether the issue is with the printer or not. Place a document on the scanner glass and choose “Copy” option. If the printer is making a good copy, then the printer hardware is fine.

 

I would suggest here is to go ahead and print the Print quality test report on the printer and check for the defects.

 

If the print quality test report prints blank, then I would suggest you go ahead and clean the ink cartridges

 

Alternatively, I would suggest here is to follow the steps suggested in the support document for - HP Inkjet Cartridges - Resolving Banding, Missing Dots, or White Streaks in Printed Output

 

If the Print quality test reports fine, then this could be a possible driver issue. As there is no full feature software available for this printer. I would suggest you install it using Windows Built in drivers:

 

I would suggest here is to Uninstall the printer drivers and then try installing the Windows built-in drivers for the printer.

Simply turn on the printer and connect the USB cable from the printer to the PC. The drivers will be installed in 2-3 minutes. Go to Control panel - Devices and printers to check the printer entry and make it as default printer if needed.
