hello I print a lot of stamps for shipping , and I've never had a problem. I always buy the hp ink cartridge, this particular time I was at Meijer and I seen the print ink for cheaper so I bought an off brand one. it printed out my stamps correctly with the bar codes the first day but then the following day it would only print out the sheet and no bar codes. I tried printing drawings or pictures from my computer I had saved and it wouldn't even print that at times. only a blank sheet of paper would come out. then when I would try and re print stamps the same thing would happen. I've tried aliening he printer, cleaning the cartridges, uninstalling and installing the software again but no luck , next step would be going to buy the regular HP cartridge 21. could my printer be dying or is there something someone can advice me with.
