HP deskjet printer 2652 will not print in color and ink is full can not set the printer choices

tried to ajust the settings but didnt work   prints only in black and white. a test sheet printed thecolor find. Can and how can i reset the coror cand printeting choices  i have tried to uninstall and reinstall

Welcome to the HP Forums 🙂 I would like to take a moment and thank you for using this forum, it is a great place to find answers. 

Let's clean the ink cartridge:

1. Make sure to load plain paper into the input tray.

2. Search Windows for your printer model name, and then click the printer name in the list of results.

   HP Printer Assistant opens.

3. Click Maintain Your Printer.

   The printer toolbox opens.

4. On the Device Services tab, click Clean Cartridges .

   A Print Quality Diagnostic page prints.

Also, please let me know if you're able to copy in color.

If the issue persists, you can try aligning the Printer:

1. Lift the scanner lid.

2. Place the alignment page with the print side down on the scanner glass, and then position it according to the engraved guides around the glass.

2. Close the scanner lid.

3. Press the Start Copy Black button  or the Start Copy Color button  on the printer control panel.

   The printer aligns the ink cartridges.
