HP deskjet throwing errors

My printer is throwing an error but I cannot find out what the error is. It will print but won’t let me print a diagnostic report from the app or the printer itself. The information light is blinking along with another light under the display screen. The ink is full and installed properly, no paper jam. On the display screen itself everything is flashing. There is an E and a couple of small exclamation points. I took a picture while it was flashing if that would help

Try updating Firmware and drivers by selecting your current OS. Click here
