Just bought brand new printer cartridges for the HP envy 5530. Upon installing them the printer said "ink cartridge problem: the following ink cartridges must be replaced" and referenced the color cartridge.
I have updated the firmware, I have cleaned the contacts, I am using HP ink cartridges and I have hard rebooted the printer multiple times.
What is going on???

If you have already performed the steps from the document HP Printer Does not Print and Error Indicates Faulty Ink Cartridge and the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure.
Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer.
