Product: HP ENVY Photo 7830 All-in-One Printer

Hi there,

 

I try to print 10x15cm photo's from my PC with my HP Envy 7830 printer but somehow it won't work. I use the latest HP Smart software. I've checked if the paper is inserted correctly and it is because when I try to print from my mobile phone with the HP Smart App I can select 10x15cm photo size, and it just prints perfectly from the photo tray automatically! Photos come out perfectly, but not from my PC.

So on my PC I reinstalled the drivers and HP Smart app, but it still doesn't want to select the photo tray, it always chooses a4. If I choose for 'more settings' and manually select the printer to choose 'photo tray', it will set it automatically back to the 'main tray'. I tried a couple different options but can't make it work. If I put both paper size and photo size to 10x15, it says thath photo size does not fit the paper. But it should be cropped or scaled to fit just like on my phone, right? Also if the size is exactly 10x15 it still says the same thing. I don't really know what goes wrong here. Please help me out!
