HP envy photo 6230
Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

Hi everyone! I've just bought the inkjet printer HP envy photo 6230 and I've tried to print a photo. The subject portraited in the photo has fair skin but the printer made it red! I've tried to print using both high quality and standard quality but the result is the same: colors are saturated. Are there any settings I shoud use to avoid this effect? Thank you so much in advance.
Have a nice day,
Marina

Thank you for your reply. Photo size is 10x15 cm and paper type is photo paper.
Facebook HP Support told me via chat that it's normal to experience this saturation but it's the first time it has happened to me after all the printers I bought in the past years. I really would like to solve the problem, otherwise a photo printer would not be useful if it prints photos as it wants and not as they are. Thank you again.

Best regards,

Marina
