Product: All in One 8610
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 8.1 (64-bit)

I received the following error message: HP error code 0xc19a0045 while printing or, at least, trying to print several documents.  One document printed successfully and then the error code appeared.  I had made no adjustments to the printer to explain the error code.  Since receiving the code, I have followed all HP trouble-shooting suggestions: unplugging power cord from wall and printer; reseating the printhead; and removing the print cartridges to see if a different error message is received.  My software and driver are up-to-date.

 

Any ideas? suggestions? help? would be appreciated.  This printer is approximately 2.5 years old and has had only moderate use.  All print cartridges were replaced about 4 months ago with HP cartridges.
