Hi!! I am also in a similar situation. I have WiFi access, but it is password protected and I am not prompted for a password until it opens in an internet window. I am a teacher and NEED instant ink - my printer is run dry every weekend. Help, please!

Sorry.  If your printer can not connect to the internet at school, no Instant Ink.  However read here at this might help.

 

Read here on why you can't connect your wireless printer to a network requesting additional security and information (username and password).  Instant Ink help here too.
