Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
We recently bought a new HP CLJ MP3300 from Costco. I got it home, set it up and was able to print and scan for a few weeks but now we keep getting the error "The cartridge access door must be closed to print" when the door is closed. Also, we are getting the error "The indicated supplies are not communicating correctly with the printer" as well as "Unable to read cartridge data from the indicated cartridges"
Steps so far
1. power cycled printer after pulling physical power cord.
2. Check cartridge door for anything blocking it from closing or broken parts.
3. Installed new cartridges
4. logged into web portal for the printer to make sure firmware is up to date.
