Hello,

I have a HP LaserJet 277 which I have been using to print emails using HP ePrint.

On Thursday 17th June, 2021 I stopped receiving any print jobs.

When I log in to the control panel via the IP address I get the following on HP ePrint page.

  ePrint Server Status

Printer is connected to Web Services.   Printer's E-mail Address

Unable to handle the request. Try again later.

Hi @msmith0592 ,

Please clarify your exact printer model (e.g M277n, M277dw, erc.)

Also, from the Setup menu select Service, then select Firmware Datecode and clarify its exact value.

Hello,

Has anyone else expirenced problems with this? It worked for a few days then randomly stopped again.

We can't continue to use HP printers if their ePrint service is so hit and miss.

Same Problem, Same Date, Same Model

NOT COOL HP. You can't just disconnect existing fully-up-to-date printers from advertised services just because YOU aren't going to provide firmware updates for them anymore
