My HP Laserjet M1212nf MFP is stuck in an initializing loop.   

 

I am connect the printer to a different computer and had to download a driver.  Now the printer is in the initializing loop.

I have tried the tip of unplugging and replugging the power cord as well as holding down arrow key on OK and x but nothing helps.  The printer will print but only large black sections across the top.

 

I've also tried removing printer and adding but same result
