Hello,

My Laserjet Pro M14-M17 won't print from my macbook air 2015 running on Catalina.

I already installed the printer in the HP-smart app. I also tried it manually in system preferences, adding and removing the printer from the list. If I want to print something (from any location, internet, any app..) the printer makes a short 'clicking-sound'. After that the 'printer-task-list' appears saying 'connecting to printer' than 'waiting for job to complete' and than the window dissapears as if the job is done. However, nothing has been printed. Could someone help me on this case because I'm totally lost.
